The rules outlined below apply to all platforms used by Mountain Interactive, including but not limited to roblox.com, discord.com, mountaininteractive.com, and all other third-party programs we utilize. Failure to abide by these rules can result in an account warning(s), account suspension for a certain amount of time, or, in the most severe cases, an indefinite ban of your account. Section 1A: General Rules (across all platforms)
- Be Respectful: Treat all members with respect and courtesy. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or bullying will not be tolerated.
- Maintain Civility: Keep discussions and debates polite, constructive, and on-topic. Avoid personal attacks, inflammatory remarks, or derogatory comments.
- No Plagiarism: Original content is appreciated. Do not post someone else’s work as your own without proper attribution.
- Proper Categorization: Ensure that your posts are placed in the correct categories and sub-forums. Misplaced content may be relocated or removed by moderators.
- Constructive Criticism: Offer feedback and criticism in a constructive manner. Avoid negative or harmful comments that don’t contribute to the discussion.
- Avoid Clickbait Titles: Keep the titles of your posts relevant and descriptive. Misleading titles will be edited or removed.
- Reporting Violations: If you come across any content that violates the community guidelines, use the report feature to inform the moderation team.
- Compliance with Moderation Actions: Respect the decisions and instructions of the moderators. If you disagree with a moderation action, contact the moderation team privately instead of discussing it publicly.
- Safe Sharing: Do not share sensitive or confidential information, including passwords, personal addresses, and financial information.
- No Advertising or Spam: Unauthorized promotion, advertisement, or spamming of products, services, or websites is prohibited.
- Contributive Posting: Strive to make posts that contribute to the overall well-being and knowledge of the community. Avoid "low-effort posts."
- Stay Updated on Rules: Regularly review the community guidelines as they may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the forums constitutes acceptance of the updated rules.
- Legal Compliance: Abide by all applicable local, state, national, and international laws while using the site and the forum.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify the administrative team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- Profile Impersonation: Creating profiles that impersonate other users, entities, or the administrative team is strictly prohibited.
Section 1B: Discord Server Rules
- Respect Everyone: Treat all members with kindness and respect. No form of harassment, discrimination, or bullying will be tolerated.
- Use Appropriate Language: Keep discussions clean and avoid using offensive or vulgar language, slurs, or any form of hate speech.
- Stay on Topic: Keep conversations relevant to the channel’s topic. Off-topic discussions should be moved to the appropriate channel.
- No NSFW Content: Posting or sharing content that is obscene, offensive, or NSFW is strictly prohibited, unless in a designated NSFW channel with proper warnings.
- Avoid Spamming: Refrain from posting repetitive messages, excessive emojis, or unnecessary mentions. Spam will be deleted, and may result in a mute or ban.
- Adhere to Discord’s TOS: Comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times. Any violation will lead to immediate action.
- No Self-Promotion or Advertising: Unauthorized promotion or advertisement of products, services, servers, or social media is not allowed, unless in a designated promotion channel.
- Use Suitable Nicknames and Avatars: Ensure your username and profile picture are not offensive, inflammatory, or impersonating others.
- Respect Privacy: Do not share personal information of yourself or others, including addresses, phone numbers, or any other sensitive information.
- No Illegal Content: Discussion or sharing of illegal content, including drugs, piracy, or harmful activities, is strictly prohibited.
- Follow Channel-Specific Rules: Adhere to any additional guidelines or rules outlined for specific channels within the server.
- Report Issues: Use the appropriate channels or contact a moderator directly to report any rule violations or issues within the server.
- Cooperate with Staff: Respect and follow instructions and decisions made by the moderation and administrative team. If you have concerns or disputes with a moderation action, please discuss it privately with a staff member.
- Be Mindful of Caps: Avoid using excessive capital letters in messages as it can be interpreted as shouting.
- Contribute Positively: Strive to make constructive, helpful, or friendly contributions to the community. Encourage a welcoming atmosphere.
- Stay Informed: Regularly review the server rules as they may be updated. Continued participation in the server implies acceptance of any new rules.
- Keep Personal Information Private: Avoid sharing any personal information, such as full names, addresses, phone numbers, school names, or any other identifiable information, to protect your privacy and safety online.
- Avoid Sharing Inappropriate Content: Do not post, share, or discuss content that is inappropriate, offensive, or harmful, especially considering the presence of younger audience members.
- Keep Conversations Age-Appropriate: Engage in discussions and use language that is suitable and respectful of a diverse audience, including younger members.
- No Bullying or Harassment: Any form of bullying, harassment, or intimidation is strictly prohibited. Be supportive and encourage a friendly and inclusive environment for everyone.
- Use Appropriate Profile Pictures and Usernames: Ensure your profile picture and username are friendly and respectful, and don’t contain any offensive or inappropriate content.
- Be Mindful of Content Ratings: When discussing or sharing media such as games, movies, or music, be mindful of age ratings and avoid discussing content rated for mature audiences.
- Respect Everyone's Opinions: It’s important to acknowledge diversity in thoughts and opinions. Avoid any confrontational or aggressive behavior towards those with differing viewpoints.
- Avoid Discussing Sensitive Topics: Steer clear of discussions involving sensitive or controversial subjects such as politics, religion, or any other topic that may be distressing to younger members.
- Report Suspicious Behavior: If you notice anyone breaking the rules or acting inappropriately, especially towards younger members, report them to the moderation team immediately.
- Seek Parental Consent: If you are under the age of 16, ensure you have parental consent to participate in the server and disclose this information if required by the server’s policies.
- Prioritize Online Safety: Be cautious about clicking on unknown links and be aware of potential online scams or phishing attempts. Report any suspicious links to the moderators.
- Familiarize Yourself with the Block Feature: Learn how to use the Block feature to avoid unwanted contact or interactions within the server.
Section 1C: Misc Rules
- Respect for All Religions: This community is a place of inclusivity and respect for people of all faiths and beliefs. Discussions, comments, and content that demean, belittle, or show intolerance towards any religion or its adherents are strictly prohibited. We encourage interfaith understanding and dialogue but ask that all conversations be conducted in a respectful and constructive manner. Any form of religious discrimination or hate speech will result in immediate action, which may include content removal, warnings, or stricter sanctions, depending on the severity of the violation.
- No Impersonation of Authorities: Members are strictly prohibited from impersonating military personnel, law enforcement officers, or any other entities, whether real or fictional. This includes utilizing usernames, profile pictures, titles, roles, or engaging in behavior or conversation that implies such affiliations or authority. Violation of this rule is serious and will result in immediate and significant consequences, potentially including permanent removal from the community, depending on the severity and intent behind the impersonation. We value truthfulness and transparency within our community to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all members.

We rigorously monitor messages and content shared within our platforms and thoroughly investigate any reports of suspicious or inappropriate activities. We have a zero-tolerance policy for illegal activities and will promptly report any suspected violations to the appropriate law enforcement agencies, specifically within Los Angeles County. In instances involving the safety and well-being of children, we will collaborate closely with law enforcement to ensure the utmost protection for young users against harmful or exploitative interactions. By utilizing our platforms or services, users acknowledge and agree to comply with all applicable laws and our community guidelines and understand that Mountain Interactive reserves the right to cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in any inquiries or investigations. Please maintain respect and lawful conduct at all times to help us in fostering a secure and inclusive community for everyone, especially for our younger members.
We report illegal activities to
Cybertip and will file a police report if the situation involves life or death.
