I should be unbanned because I was never FRPing all I did was hop on a person motorcycle and prawn all the way down so it looked like I was holding on the window, It didn't look like I was on the window cause the Officer kept backing up his vehicle. The Staff Member that banned me also did not try to hear from my story and was going based off what the Officer had said.

Reason: Banned me for GL when i didnt intend on doing it because when i went first person it forced me in the wall. Didnt even give me a warning to not do it and also banned me instantly when i tried explaining. I understand he was trying to do his job but this is how yall train yalls mod? mind you he was standing right next to me and also i spent 20 bucks on this game just for it to go down the drain.

Review Notes: Ironically I just left this staff member a great review, Shortly after posting that I was regretful. Orion was called in game by a sheriff on myself, I had moved the sheriffs car out the right lane onto the sidewalk and they called for staff. When I saw Orion with FF near the sheriff I walked back to explain the nature and how simple the issue was. Moved sheriffs car out of road for him and got upset (clearly someone a very young age). Orion asked I have a clip I said yes and I refused to trim the 3 hours clip for him, I was threatened with a ban and forced to sit on a mod scene for approximately 25-30 minutes. I asked numerous times to be released or banned as I had real life responsibilitys I needed to tend to and had a short time to play that was wasted of course. I would get no response or told "waiting on clip" after being told no more then 5 times. He then finally said he was speaking to HR and asked me to get in VC, When I said I wanted to speak with him and HR in VC I was told "nty" and FINALLY was allowed to leave WITH NO OUTCOME. This is poor moderation behiviour and should be throughly spoken about. This is 100% unbiased as I really did like this dude and never had a issue. I realize now that my actions not only disrupted the gameplay experience for others but also went against the community guidelines. Description; For what its priced at, i think the chassis / handling of the vehicle could be better, for example, whenever going from a high speed and braking or turning the vehicle tends to drift and you loose complete control, half the time crashing and destroying the vehicle.

Suggestion: Replace the existing chassis with another one from a vehicle that has better handling.

Give us an Incident Description: Started when pulled up to a scene where 2 CHP officers shot 2x suspect who basically pulled rifles on them which resulted those CHP officers to shoot them and the player joejoe644 who I am reporting got shot in the crossfire and then few secs later he came right back to the scene where he died and picked up evidence from a crime so I went to arrest him for that, that's not all later on when I transported him to the SO Station then he started complaining and said he said he called for a mod so I waited for the staff for a while till finally that's when his buddy Samyboithegamer who wasn't a mod just a friend of him glitched through the SO door and shot me and then shot joe on purpose to avoid getting arrested which is backseat monitoring/metagaming on my part to be honest cause he was cuffed so I could he possibly called him in RP, so yea I say not only he broke NLR but also FRP and metagaming.
