Why I should have the warning Expunged: Why should I have my warning expunged? I should have it expunged because I was slowing down for theses fellas and It was before PT I was getting chased. The rule doesn't say stop driving/running away from the cops before PT. Cause I never saw that in the rules. Plus for the record, I was slowing down.
