Give us an Incident Description: basicly i joined a 10-11 with a fed car, turns out (Certifiedgato) a civilian member was driving it and they shot us, which wasnt rdm since it was a scene, but awd a federal officer did nothing about it making him rouge, and later he was shot at by a person or leo because he was a rouge, he shot back killed him when he was surrendering, and gato came back aka NLR idk if i have video of the 10-11 unfortunately
