Give us an Incident Description: I saw someone on the SRU team exit his base and crash into a tactical truck. Then, he drove off to patrol. I continued after him and went code 3. We stopped and got out of our vehicles. I was gonna tell him what he was doing, but before I had the chance, he took out a gun (I think he didn't fire because he didn't press F). So, I killed him.
