Give us an Incident Description: I was on the run with a cuffed person. We were going to attempt to kidnap a officer and make them uncuff him. I ended up crashing the vehicle and RPed the crash. Nogi524 pulled me out of the car and was trying to take me to his vehicle. I was unconscious during the incident and my body was slumped over. He let go of me and I went prone. He then decided to draw his service pistol and shoot me multiple times. I had said multiple times I was unresponsive and that I had visible injury's.

How long do you think the player be punished for: With a clean record I would just say a warn/1 day ban
