Give us an Incident Description: I was responding to a 911 call when a guy who I thought was part of the Sheriffs team (not in uniform) pulled out a pistol and killed me.

What rules / offences did the player break: RDM

How long do you think the player be punished for: Several days

Unfortunately, no. And since I have a low-end PC, I can't record anything in Perris. However, seeming as the kill log is there from the same time I had put in as the incident marker, that may help. And, there was also another user with me at the time that may be on the Discord. I'm sure they have evidence of the rule violation.
Below I described the way I saw the incident again in better detail.

I pulled into the neighborhood area at the Bank of America, and responded to a 911 call about shots being fired.

I grabbed a weapon out of my inventory as soon as another unit pulled up. 

He asked me what had happened and I told him that shots were fired and there was a call.

After that, another player walks up with a weapon in his hands and shoots me 5 seconds later.
I chose not to fire my weapon because if I did, I would probably have gotten banned for RDM or Team killing.

Hopefully this explains the case better than my report.
