Give us an Incident Description: I kidnapped BlaZe_Om3ga, brought him upstairs and ziptied his hands. A cop barged in so I shot the cop dead. I let the hostage go as no officers had been coming and he had no use to me no longer. I told him to run and shot around him, he then pulled out a gun despite being ziptied.
