Hi, my Roblox username is dull94 and I think I have been wrongfully banned. Whenever I try to join a server i get a message saying I've been kicked for "using an alternative account" I don't understand why i would use an alt account when i have done nothing wrong in the game nor the server. Why I should be unbanned: I was playing this game with a friend it was the old victor valley, and all of a sudden he jumps out of the car and starts shooting and killing people. I tell him to stop but he continues. Eventually a Staff member catches up with me and jails me. I say it was not me and it was my friend but he does not listen. Only hitting me with a PERM ban. I believe that he made a VERY incorrect choice and that I should be given a little forgiveness. I have always loved playing Victor Valley but since I have gotten hit with the ban it has made my Roblox experience a lot less enjoyable. I hope you guys take this in to consideration and allow me the unban. God bless.

Why I should be unbanned: I have only one discord account (listed above) and have not made any other ones. I was fully unaware of this ban until i saw this in January of 2023 and was stunned. ( In discord, If you don't have an account and you go onto discord, It automatically creates a "guest" account. Only happens if you don't have discord/a verified email address for discord. I'm not sure if this is what happend with me but it seems likely.)

I played the sound, "Get in my zuckerbunker," and a Moderator called idolikebricks timed me out for 7 days. That sound is apart of MI's soundboard, and I shouldn't of been timed out for it.

Give us an Incident Description: a person got in my car, and told me to drive, threatening me with a gun. I refused and they got out of the car and pulled out a gun. In defence, i also got out of the car and pulled out my gun and killed the person. I then put the gun away, but an officer killed me, despite me not having the gun out and moving away from the officer. I'm mostly upset that i lost $1200 because i had only just purchased the weapon.
