Hello Mountain Interactiv Staff, i was Permant Banned 2 Days ago for having CHP / Sheriff Pistols. I just want to say that i had no Idea that could result in a "Permanent" Ban. These Weapons were given by my Friend on the CHP Team 2 Days ago. I am terribly sorry for using the Guns. I now know that doing something Like That isnt allowed. Please forgive me. I will never do something like that ever again.

Give us an Incident Description: I had been pulled over by an officer and pulled into a parking lot. Bumpjunior321 came to the scene and said "*lock picks car* and a second later got into the car and drove away. Another player also stole a police car, this time not even bothering to RP anything, This completely ruined a scene that they were not at all involved with, and they didnt even rp it since you cant steal a car in 2 seconds.

I really don't see this to be RDM. I find it that this guy is just mad he died. I was a wanted criminal. I stole that charger, which is why I was wearing gloves. I also killed two people prior (in a attempt to rob them) and I am therefore a wanted felon. His lights were on and he did not reverse or anything, so I just simply thought I was in trouble.

Make it where we can turn on cruise and takedowns without having to toggle ELS, and for the takedowns, then turn ELS back off, and for the traffic advisor, make it where we can turn it on and off while we have our ELS on. Mainly on the CHP vehicles for the TA.

Ban Reason: FRP | Stuck someone under the map because they were FRPing and kept trying to glitch my cuffs and preventing me from putting them in the car.
Why I should be unbanned: The whole reason I stuck the user under the map was because he was trying to glitch my cuffs and was preventing me from walking and putting him in the car. I had another officer with me, that was the Moderator. The Moderator, Ronitp, told me that I shouldn't do it and yet I still did. I should of listened to him, and I shouldn't of put the dude in the ground. I let him get the best of me, and I shouldn't of. If I would of just let it go instead of escalating it, the outcome could of been very different. He would of been the one getting punished instead of both of us. I understand what I did was wrong, and I intend to do better in the future by not letting people get the best of me, and instead letting it go and let a Moderator or staff member handle it. While the dude I put in the ground FRPed, I also also FRPed which ended up in me getting punished too. Once again, I intend to do better in the future and to handle it professionally.
