Description Of the Incident: My friend was getting arrested and I threatened the cops at the scene, saying something like: "Release my friend now or else I'll shoot you dead". After 1 minute when they we're about to put him in the car, another one of my friends opened fire on them and killed some of them than got killed. I than proceeded to get revenge on my friend that was still in cuffs and for the witnessing of my friend getting shot in front of my very eyes. My friend was than held on the sidewalk by some other RPD officers which I just opened fire upon because logically I was in panic and wanted for previously shooting the sheriffs. One of the two RPD officers under the name joshberret jailed me after getting shot back immediately by the LEOs present and told me I completely RDM-ed him and his colleagues. I told him to check the logs, he didn't want to listen to nothing I had to say nor to my friends or witnesses of the police force, which I originally threatened and came back to solve the situation.

Description Of the Incident: My friend as a joke said that he will pull around a kill a cop to a staff ok then minutes later we were driving (i was the only one armed) and i got into a chase and some cop GLITCHED into my car and yeah (no rp crash) and the cops got out pointed a gun at me and my friend i got out i was scared because there were illegal stuff on me and in the car so i pulled out my gun and shot the cops (i got killed and my friend FOR NO REASON -- friend for no reason) then staff teleports me and my friend and jails us my friend got banned for SD, TR, V-TOS but he did not do any of those things he did not have a gun and they banned him for those things EVEN THO HE DID NOT SHOOT ANY OF THE COPS BECAUSE HE DID NOT HAVE A GUN so he was banned and i was jailed by the staff im report (the incident involves 2 staffs the other staff (dont know user) and darkshadow_night so i got jailed by darkshadow_night for some reason then he told me that other staff will explain why i got jailed and all he heard was "rdm" ok and about 10 minutes or so later my friend gets banned and i ask the other staff why i got jailed and he says he does not know so then darkshadow_night tries to find a reason to ban me at first he said "you cannot pull out a gun out of thin air" (none of the cops say no command either) and lets just say i had the gun at my lap then when we solve this he says i did not rp the crash (i sended him the clip and saying the car was glitched into my car) and then he says "i dont see what you did wrong" when he finally unjailed me... and earlier he only warned 2 cops for shooting me when i put my hands up for no reason "cause it was they're first offense" (i got banned for rdm when i rdmed someone in the past) darkshadow_night PART OF THE STORY: numberless teleported me for no reason and jailed me and appeapparently told numberless not to ban me and that numberless told him that he was going to ban me (no reason) and darkshadow_night told numberless that he will handle me also he told me this "also i wasnt even intending to ban you, thats why i said "i dont see what you did wrong" "numberless pmed me saying "lets get them" "thats why i didnt say anything while numberless was talking to ur friend. bc i was wanting to talk to you after bc i didnt want numberless to ban you" "weren't gonna be banned anyways bc i see that you did nothing wrong" "i had no intentions of banning you" "u did nothing wrong and whne i said that about the gun i wasnt even gonna do anything about that, i was just throwing that out there so next time you know." Why I should be unbanned: I should be unbanned because a person on RPD doesnt know what RDM is, so he decided to report me. I parked at a Gas Station with my friend, where he commented on my parking, and I said I was disabled. He insulted me on that, so I decided to blast him in the store. RDM says it counts as RDM if you dont do proper RP or you do it without incentive, so I can say that it isnt RDM, because he decided to insult me. I eventually got banned for NITRP, which is completely untrue, considering I have been RPing before, and I did have an intent to roleplay. Its not my issue the cop failed to pull out his weapon to protect himself.
