Incident Description*: We were chasing this dude for shooting at the SBI building, we got him boxed in and proceeded to taze and arrest him. Once we got him in cuffs he started to spam the lay down button ( X ) and began to fling himself around. I guess it would be called glitching or abusing whatever.
