He was trying to talk to me about something the director of VBI did while i was a sergeant when i told him that i couldnt help him he persisted and then i told him i dont care he said "im gonna shoot you" so i said youre under arrest for making threats to a peace officer, when i told him that he ltap'd while i was cuffing him.
