Incident Description*:

Basically, I joined my friends in the HCSD team and began patrolling. While at the SP Armory, some players started making disrespectful remarks about my avatar and my pride flag patch. I responded by swinging my baton, which I knew dealt no damage. A mod, Dev1lDogs, then jailed and warned me for "TA." I believe this was an act of nepotism, as the player was his cousin (review the footage down below Exhibit 1). I was unable to find any clear rules about "TA" on the forums. Why was my action considered a rule break? The baton does nothing in this game.

In this case we are pleased to inform you that your Staff Report has been resolved accordingly. We would like to thank and you for bringing this report to our attention.

During this investigation on the specified staff member, we have found no wrong doing in this situation. The staff member gave a proper punishment relating to the baton use, this is classified as "Tool Abuse" no matter if it does damage or not to a player. We have also found in the evidence provided no direct disrespectful remarks to your avatar relating to a flag, with that the tool abuse violation will stay on record as it was a proper punishment from the staff member in question following the Mountain Interactive Volunteer Staff Guidelines.
