Incident Description*: The offender took off when I tried to pull him over, then he stopped at the neighborhood near the overpass. After stopping, he began arguing that he didn’t see me and refused to get out of the car, so I pulled him out. He fled on foot for a short distance before being tased, handcuffed, and placed in the back seat. Afterwards, he left the game.
