Incident Description*: So i just pulled up to a dead guy and another guy pulling him into the sidewalk. Then this CHP officer pulls up aswell but he gets out of the car and cuffs me for no apparent reason, I clearly havent done anything before this happened and he cuffed me without saying -cuffs-.
