Incident Description*: Darko_PRO13, Was in a high speed chase with CHP and i joined the pursuit, once i caught him he was spamming !help the whole time even during the chase (according to CHP). He claimed he can just leave once i detained him and he did so (in the vid). Then later rejoined the game.
