Incident Description*:

i was in a police shootout with a white camero after that the suspects dies by rpds officers and after that i was standing still doing nothing but you can see in the clip of a the chp charger did pull up to the shoot out but they never got out or replay with another officer after that the chp charger goes inside the parking lot the gas and the person inside gets out and shoots me died keep in mind i didnt not talk to the chp charger before or the chp charger suspect never got to talk to me so we can replay but he didnt do that.
