Incident Description*: So Hugo was being pulled over as this user made an illegal u-turn. I then chased Hugo into the CVS parking lot. Once she stopped she was aimed at gunpoint. Upon gunpoint she did not comply to lawful orders, so they were beanbagged by an SOB officer. Upon being beanbagged, this user was handcuffed. Once I tried placing her inside of my vehicle (because my hold tool doesn't work on that kind of car) the user denied to go into my vehicle. The user then said 'I'm not roleplaying'
