Incident Description*: I was on my way to CHP gas for what I thought was a takeover as that was posted on the twitter app. When I get there I notice a green hellcat doing donuts, I decide to join in. After that my friend asks for a car which I then spawn in for him as we are at the civ spawn. While doing that they hop out and 1 of the two CHP tries to steal his car as you can see when he pulls his gun out, inside of the passenger seat. I try to hide as he chases my friend then me around. I eventually pull my gun out to try and defend myself; he ends up killing me in the incident. The second chip shows him driving around in a civilian ford explorer after RDMing another person. He then comes back which is when I confirm his username to be the same person that RDM'd me. Although the second clip is a tad bit too short to fully show the murder, I hope it is enough evidence for RDM again, at the very least the clip is there for further proof of him having no intent to RP as he is driving a random civ vehicle.
