Incident Description*: So, I was arresting this hamburber guy as he was interfearing with my scene, he started going ooc saying about he was calling staff and then I placed him in my vehicle. I did not know that he left and then he came back up to my scene after saying he miss clicked alt f4, so then I handcuffed him again after he rejoined. I then placed him in my vehicle and then out to speak to him. He told me his wifi is about to go, which him saying his wifi is about to go and he's missclicking his alt f4 does not seem very believable
