Incident Description*: I was Minding my own just talking with some friends too an FBI agent, then out of no where I the whole group I was at gets shot up. He shot at us before, which I didnt report because I thought he meant to shoot the annoying cop I was talking too, but after this 2nd time he is just RDMing atp.
