Incident Description*: I was sitting at S&K watching CalTrans go by as they had two cars on their truck. While parked at S&K an old toyota came up and parked next to me. I see the dude come out and run into my car so out of fear I hop out. Either it was lag or he could just shoot through my windows, I was hit as I was jumping out of my car. I then return fire but that fails and he ends up killing me.
