What Happened?
I had noticed Moonbux with a gun up on the 2nd story of that 1 place near dominos, I realized that I could use this chance as he is alone to do that hit that has been out to get promoted so I went up and prepared myself to shoot him for what he did to the gang leader, and while that guy distracted him I said Visibly in my clip which I had never managed to send to Internal for my defense 'This is for Fraud Disciples and the great chairman lemon' and then shot him, it was through and through a clear decisive Hit completed, I had the drop on him and he was oblivious.

Then internal cuffrushed me behind dominos as I was trying to act natural and blend in because I just violently shot a police officer and then dragged me over to chinese buffet, he then said in chat which you can check chatlogs 'Yea you are getting moderated' and then brought me and moonbux to the staff room, i think he was talking to someoner over voice chat outside of the game in the time between him grabbing me and teleporting with Moonbux, maybe they are friends or something?

Anyways He then teleported me and Moonbux over, Moonbux then immediately said with certainty 'Your getting banned' like he knew the verdict already which was weird right off the bat

Then I tried to argue my side and explain myself to Internal, Internal did not seem to care for what I had to say and when I would beat one accusation he would then try to pin me with another, It went from FRP and RDM to Then RDM and SI (I didn't see the situation going on across the way And you can see it in my clip I basically had tunnel vision so I said SI was unfair) and I also kept telling him that he needs to see my clip in my defense and that I was trying to upload it (It took forever), but that I could not find his discord so I needed him to help with that, he didnt lift a finger and because I cannot speak in the MI discord I could not just ping him in order to send my defense and had to scroll manually through who is online to find him, that is assuming that his username was the same on discord.

At the end I assume due to my argument in chat on the fact that I did not break any rules, whether FRP, SI etc he didn't ban me for anything else other than RDM, I think because maybe he thought that it would be harder to disprove I am not sure, what I am sure is that I should not be banned at all.

I only found his discord after he banned me from the game, I could not ping him because I do not have permission to speak in the MI discord server which I don't know why.

I never managed to send my defense clip in time or argue my side properly, they clearly to me just wanted me gone because I dared to shoot their fellow officer.

I will also add that Internal lied to me saying I have to roleplay for 30 seconds in this case, nowhere in the PVP roleplay rules or roleplay rules in general does it say that.

Why Should You Be Unbanned?
This is your only opportunity to appeal. Be honest and thoughtful. A simple apology is not enough. Explain why you believe you deserve another chance, what you’ve learned, and how you will prevent similar behavior in the future.

I genuinely believe I have not broken any rules in what I did and I will continue to roleplay as a gang member going forward and stride to have entertaining and rule compliant roleplay in LA, my ban was unfair and biased I feel and I think I should be unbanned.

Internal did not let me properly defend myself with evidence and would not assist me with finding his discord since I cannot talk in MI, he generally seemed to not care at all what I had to say and was determined to find a reason to ban me not to mention he even lied to me I am assuming to find some reason to ban me, same with Moonbux, whether from a conflict of interest because they are both gang task force officers and I am a gang member completing a Hit on one of them or otherwise for why they acted this way.

Footage Analysis:

• The footage shows the appealing user equipping a firearm and shooting the targeted player without any visible RP engagement, threats, or verbal interaction immediately prior.

• No live threats, typed initiation, or sufficient escalation were recorded before lethal force was used.

• The target did not have an opportunity to react to any RP scenario and appeared unaware of the incoming attack.

• Attempting to blend into the crowd after the shooting without clear scene closure was noted.

Findings:

• While the user claims to have been executing a gang-related hit, there was no visible or audible live RP escalation to justify the shooting within the clip itself.

• Roleplaying a "hit" still requires proper threat RP, initiation, and opportunity for response before firing.

• Shooting without these steps falls under the community’s definition of Random Deathmatch (RDM).

• The moderator incorrectly mentioned a "30-second RP rule," which does not exist in the official rules. However, this error does not invalidate the underlying footage evidence confirming RDM.

Pro tip, it's better to own up and take responsibility rather then take advantage of a minor mistake that a moderator made. If your appeal was about owning up to it, I'd understand and accept it.
