What Happened? *
I was clipped RDM a guy in https://www.roblox.com/share?code=86fa0911c370654fac9575d47099ace8&type=ExperienceDetails&stamp=1745184633909. In the clip -which DOSENT have audio- I said "stop moving or I will kill/spark you" after I said that he ran off into the street and kept running, when he went to his car, I shot him in the back which, in result killed him. That is where the clip ends, and I killed right after that I got killed by a different officer.

Ban Reason (as stated in the ban message) *
As stated in the report it says "[2.2] Player versus Player (PvP) – Random Deathmatch (RDM) via Report", This is the Clip that was used to ban me -https://medal.tv/games/roblox/clips/k6DjpQf7OAHK89qhZ?invite=cr-MSxudkwsMzA5OTc2Mjk4-

Why Should You Be Unbanned? *
The reason I should be banned is because the report was in the wrong of banning of me RDM, when in fact, I never RDM the officer. It was all in RP and the officer didn't listen so I did as I said I would and shot n killed him. Please unban me and talk to the staff that banned me.

Ban Appeal Review Decision

Note: You can't mug / threaten someone in a public space. Dominos is a public space.

Appealing User: Glittersparkles11177 (Roblox ID: 5657993288)
Discord ID: 1133310766305525770
Ban Type: Temporary Ban – 2 Days
Ban Reason: [2.2] Player versus Player (PvP) – Random Deathmatch (RDM)
Staff Member: David D.
Evidence Reviewed: https://medal.tv/games/roblox/clips/k6DjpQf7OAHK89qhZ?invite=cr-MSxudkwsMzA5OTc2Mjk4-

Footage Analysis Process
  • Timestamp Start: Clip begins with the reporting player standing stationary near Domino’s.

  • Suspect Behavior: Glittersparkles11177 walks up with no RP emote or visible initiation.

  • Engagement: The suspect draws a weapon and instantly shoots the reporting player in the back as they walk away.

  • Audio: No in-game audio present in the clip to verify if any verbal RP was made.

  • No threat or visible RP reaction was shown by the victim in the footage. They posed no visible risk and were unarmed.

Analysis of Appeal Statement

The user claims they provided an audible warning, saying, “stop moving or I will spark you,” and fired only after the individual did not comply. However, as no voice evidence exists in the clip, this cannot be verified, and the entire scene lacks typed dialogue or reasonable roleplay justification to support this claim.

In Mountain Interactive, initiating lethal force still requires clear RP context or a threat. Saying something verbally—especially if undocumented and unrecorded—does not override the need for proper RP escalation.

Final Decision: Appeal Denied – RDM Confirmed

The clip clearly shows the user committing an unjustified shooting without escalation or RP indication. Even if a verbal warning occurred, the use of lethal force for merely walking away does not meet acceptable RP standards. Given the user's recent RDM warning (Apr 17), this forms a repeated violation pattern.

Outcome:
  • The 2-day ban will remain active and expire automatically.

  • Any further RDM incidents may result in longer suspensions or escalation to permanent bans.

  • User is reminded to always provide clear in-game RP initiation, especially when using lethal force.
