What Happened?

-From my perspective of what happened, Me and a couple friends were evading LEO on foot (one of them being a CHP cruiser). We then all at once crossed the street when i saw a CHP cruiser with code 3 ELS turned on. I then thought it was the same CHP cruiser that was chasing us prior from us evading LEO. I then unloaded multiple magazines into said CHP cruiser and kept running. As i told the moderator handling my case "I did not realize that you were a different CHP officer, and the only reason I unloaded my firearm at you is because in the heat of the moment all i saw was a CHP cruiser speeding towards us with code 3 ELS, And in that moment my first instinct was too discharge my firearm. Another reason being that you were in the area goin towards us so i thought it was the same person.

Why Should You Be Unbanned?

I personally believe I should be unbanned because as stated in the "What Happened" section I did not realize it was a completely different person. I now realize the severity of this incident and i have learned to observe more even in the heat of the moment. I truly do apologize for my actions on 4/20/2025 and did not mean to ruin another persons role-play experience. I promise to be extra cautious when in a role-play scenario and think before I do. Thank you for your time and once again I am truly sorry for this inconvenience I have caused to anyone.
