We were chasing this guy that was not roleplaying AND GOING OVER 130 MPH, so he pretty much driving GTA and crashed like nothing happened [ i don't have clip of that] but i have a clip of us chasing him and he runs and then we chase him then he takes a turn into star bucks and hides and we lose him for maybe 15 seconds them we catch the same guy in the same car but changed his color of the car and then says he had a rap on the car and ripped it off. When in the rules it says you cannot change your color or something like that.
