Why Should You Be Unbanned?*

I NLRed, RDMED, and V-NG etc. I am so sorry about what I have done. I know what I did was wrong and I did wrong and yes I am in the wrong. But I am sorry and to all the people I NLRed and RDM etc. I am so sorry. I have learned form my mistakes and will not do it again. I formally hope you accept this request cause I don't wanna make 10 more of these. I will go on OSP or anything I just don't wanna make 10 more of these. I am sorry and won't do it again I know I am in the wrong but I shouldn't have done it and have learned my lesson. I hope by when I wake up tomorrow this is accepted. But the main thing is I am very sorry and I won't do it again. I am sorry and won't do it again period. I am so sorry and will never do it again and hope someone accepts this.

Ban Appeal Review Decision

Appealing User: Agent_wolf155 (Roblox ID: 5387774259)
Discord ID: 1282789657649872958
Ban Type: Permanent Ban (Los Angeles)
Ban Reason: NLR, RDM, and V-NG abuse
Staff Member: Haydz6
Evidence Provided: YouTube Clip – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=awAFdzSrq_A

Summary of Appeal:
The user admits to violating multiple rules, including New Life Rule (NLR), Random Deathmatch (RDM), and improper use of National Guard vehicles (V-NG). They express repeated apologies and take responsibility for their actions. The appeal is centered on remorse and a promise to follow the rules moving forward, requesting a second chance and asking not to be permanently removed from the community.

Final Decision: Appeal Denied – Multiple Major Violations Confirmed

After reviewing the full video evidence, the following violations were confirmed:

  • RDM: The user exited a military vehicle and fatally shot another player without any form of RP interaction or escalation.

  • NLR: The user was killed in combat, then returned to the same location and re-engaged shortly after respawning — violating the New Life Rule.

  • V-NG Abuse: The user operated a military HEMTT vehicle without proper RP structure or coordination. The vehicle was used for solo patrols and engagement in civilian zones, which is prohibited under faction rules.

These actions reflect a pattern of serious disruption to roleplay and public gameplay environments. The behavior captured in the video is not isolated or accidental, but rather sustained and intentional.

Outcome:

  • The permanent ban will remain in place.

  • No new appeal will be accepted for 14 days from the date of this decision.

  • Future appeals must demonstrate:

    • Full acknowledgment of all rule violations

    • A clear plan for improvement and conduct

    • No further alt use or evasion attempts

Alt account misuse will result in a full appeal lock and extended enforcement.

We appreciate the honesty in your appeal, but due to the scale of disruption, a reinstatement is not possible at this time.
