Incident Description*: While I was riding around with friends I stopped at a light as there were responding LEO vehicles. While stopped a Deputy from RCSO pulls out a rifle and struggles to get out of his car. As I am fearing for my life, I decide to back up. After backing up I pick up another citizen in need of a ride. I then roll up next to starblox and ask him where he wants to go. As him and I are conversing about that, the same sheriff (most likely) from a moment ago then RDM's one of my fellow friends. I then get out of the car and shoot him once in the head after witnessing him attempt to kill another member of the RCSO
