Supermathias09 tresspassed into the Hangar of the LAFD station numerous times, he came back a final time which is Where i decided to Tackle Supermathias09 and ziptie him to perform a legal citizens arrest. Once ziptied, he logically resisted and started running. Now the problem is, he jumped over a tall fence without any resistance at the Dominos, which is very unrealistic as his arms were secured behind his back and he couldnt have jumped over fence without any resistance.
