While on duty as HCSD on 11/19/25 at approximately 9:15 PM CDT, there was a panic button pressed by an EMT at Strike point. I responded to the scene and saw an individual on top of a vehicle with a gun (not the reported party) He was pointing the gun at the EMT so I shot him. He had a "friend" standing next to him, Gen_eral21, the reported moderator, and I tased him as a precautionary measure to make sure that he did not shoot me in response to shooting his friend. After this, I was shot by the first guy seen in black again as I was talking to Gen_eral21 because at this point he had FF'd himself, indicating that this scene was now a staff scene. Gen_eral21 then attempted to use his power to what seemed like intmidate me as his friend was mad that I had shot him while he was aiming a gun. During this whole scene, the guy shot me once again, and Gen_eral21 did not do anything about it, nor did he take control of the scene, which led to further chaos and confusion. The entire way that Gen_eral21 handled this situation was completely pathetic. As he is not even assigned yet and attempted to use his moderator role as an intimidation factor.
