While on duty as SBI on 11/18/25 at approximately 10:30 PM CDT, there was a shootout. I was already on scene and started to BLS downed individuals. While doing so, there was an individual who continued to walk over the downed individuals as I was attempting to use the BLS bag, consequently obstructing me. (This user is not the reported party) While I was attempting to arrest the individual for obstructing me, he called a moderator. The moderator who showed up was Lucky2788. Each of us described to Lucky2788 the situation. After telling him what had happened, he, Lucky2788, made up a rule and said that I "Have to warn people before arresting them" as you will later see in the clips. I then tried to tell him that I believe that he was mistaken and he never told me an exact rule which backed up his claim. I continued to try and see which rule stated that I had to warn people as law enforcement, but did not find any. In the end, I gave up trying to figure out what I had done wrong as the moderator continued to insist that he was right and I let the arreste go.
