Give us an Incident Description: Officers were stopping us for illegal activities on top of the court house, my friend shot at officers, in result him getting killed. I was surrendering, yet got murdered even when saying “I’m sorry, I’m sorry, I’m sorry. Don’t shoot me, DONT SHOOT ME!” with my hands up. But the officer proceeds to shoot me even though he has seen me with my hands up for a good 2 mississippi's, complying.
