Incident Description*:

Okay, so my friend's on PD were rear ended on Florence Blvd heading to Milano and the SBI Agent decided to flee the scene, knowing what he did was wrong. They (My Friends) then decide to make a bolo on his car which was a tan crown vic we then were notified that he was stopped by vhp at Super Mall (Milano). We go I review my friends clip and it clearly show's it was NOT lag, desync, or ice. I then pull him out and place him under arresst previously he's pulled the card where he is "The Director of SBI" as he was a paying member. So I put him in the back of my car, and he calls a mod like usual. The mod show's up absolutely clueless. We as in the 5 people who were there, ALL siding on me, saying what I was doing was completely justifiable. The mod continues to stall this, knowing what we were doing was justifiable. The mod begins to say that he was free to leave because he was a volunteer fire fighter!?!!?! And how he was being paged in or some bullshit, and that since he had a irl problem so he can't tell if he is lying or not so he let him go!?!? So the moderator could never explain himself or speak proper english mixing up word's and FORCING me to uncuff this SBI Agent because he was being paged irl volunteer firefighting. And then the SBI agent decideds to stay INGAME 5-6 minutes after i uncuffed him after he was complaining that he had to leave. Then he finally leave's. The moderator knowing he was in the wrong asked us to talk in a vc to communicate easier then we do. Me and my friends go off on him on how what he did was completely wrong. Ill insert all the clips of our voices. THEN AFTER ALL THIS we hang up. 2 minutes later i notice nikie is in the call so i join and ask if i can talk to olympic and when i join YOU CAN HEAR NIKIE SAYING " i dont really give a ****" when the moderator was trying to explain. Stating that he doesn't care as his superior what he did was wrong and that nothing was going to happen. @Jack A. id love to talk to you in a vc and explain to you over vc i really hope you do somee **** about this, this is crazy.

• Within the "nikie saying he doesn't give a ****" clip, I noticed that what the moderator said was that he didn't care which option you would choose (higher up or IA) and not that he was neglecting the situation at all.
