Incident Description*: The VHP being "UnknownAdvert" came into a scene and was irate and acting hostile towards SBI for seemingly no reason. The VHP then randomly used their sirens before running over a SBI agent on the ground. The same VHP trooper can be seen coming back then just randomly killing before being taken down by officers on scene. UnknownAdvert then instantly LTAA'd.
