Incident Description*: He keeps mass RDMing as HCSD and on civilian team and NITRP. He also leaves the game when he is downed to avoid being arrested. I noticed he was hopping servers and doing the same thing joining a LEO team and RDMing everyone. I also believe he is a ALT account which was created yesterday or last night.
