Incident Description*: I was just parking my car around back of Kai's, as I walk around I see this uniformed VHP trooper randomly call this civilian a "brokie" and cuff him for no reason. In return I cuffed the VHP and was about to ask him what's going on, and he left the game. I was AFK for a bit after that first incident happen because I was on discord asking for a staff member, as I was asking I heard the crash sound effect when someone is hit by a car, when I check to see the same bacon hair came back and rammed into me. I chased after him and got him out of his car and he just shot me dead.
