Incident Description*: There we're two Officers abusing the radio saying extremely unprofessional things and overall misusing the radio knowingly. I called them both down to the station and ordered them Off-Duty. I told them that this was a direct order. One ended up complying and the other one "Lucy Chen" or the one I'm reporting failed to go off-duty. I told her to provide documentation and then she leaves the game because she knew she was either getting arrested or cited.
