Incident Description*: The person was on-duty as VBI Clearly abusing the team for possible weapons and advantages. He was recklessly driving, speeding going over 100 MPH down Main Roads in violation of Reckless Endangerment. He then fled from me and went on Highway 105 I think where he got out and attempted to kill me. The person was shot by me. I attempted to grab and cuff him but obviously I can't do that due to the clear abuse. I was going to try to perform medical but he quickly kind of avoided the roleplay and respawned.
