Incident Description*: SBI requested additional SBI for an unlawful stop and I responded as SBI to assist. Upon arriving to the scene I already knew something was wrong and recognized one of the police officers who has friends with him constantly FRPing, RDMing, and abusing their authority, which is the main offender see "Warn ID 25694". The main person in question is "Weimerican_Boz", he has other friends that is apparent from their team and friend list being "nro_gov:9068422367" and "SignaI13:105364836" there could've been more because they usually ride in all one vehicle but I'm unable to link it at this time, only link is the prior offender and his group.
SBI user IAlright1:9298864091 was the one to request for additional SBI, the EMT on scene, the face scar FCPD and FCPD with the glasses are all part of the same group who is FRPing and abusing authority. Anyone else I do not know if they are linked or not at this moment but it seems like that's most if not all who is appart and who was previous listed prior. Glasses being "nro_gov" and the EMT being "Signal13", their pictures will be linked as reference below.
I do not know if IAlright has any clips but he said he did prior to when I arrived but what is apparent to me is that the FCPD officers and the EMT are all together as can be seen in timestamps below. Along with the EMT stealing one of the victim's white pick up truck to stay with them in the initial stop. Both of the FCPD being Weimerican_Boz and nro_gov in question were the ones who fled and sped off from the scene and refused to return or stop after being commanded to directly by SBI and informed not to leave the scene. The trio then began to evade police for the entire duration of the incident. The EMT also blocked pursing SBI by using their ambulance in the amidst of a pursuit against the two corrupt FCPD.
The entire situation is just the same thing they were doing prior when I first ran into their group. They just arrest for fabricated or unlawful reasons and try to obstruct and or in my case kill to prevent any rightful justice from being accomplished. They have been doing this to numerous people apparently from what I've heard and them being on a LEO team makes it harder to find them or link them to the same offense.
Note: Vlakplaas:1296671538 is also apart of it, the blond Sheriff. See reference photo's below all can be linked to one or more of the prior listed individuals, mainly Weimerican_Boz has most if not all friended on Roblox and they are all seen together and riding together. Along with user "SignaI13" known as MED11 on the radio kept giving out false information when SBI were relaying correct information such as SBI giving the 20 of the pursuit is at "Mil aspssin sheriff" trying to relay MCJ, and the MED11 gives the wrong location also not as Law-enforcement as "Highway to port" and obstructing pursuit, see referenced video when SBI attempted to stop the Crown Vic full of the offenders. To further prove that the EMT was in-fact "Signal13" there will be references below showing his callsign linked to his user and his avatar driving the ambulance that intentionally obstructed the pursuit by merging into oncoming traffic of the pursuing SBI towards the corrupt FCPD Crown Vic.
Along with 3S10 who is aiding and abetting the 2 FCPD in the Crown Vic is in the Crown Vic with them. 3S10 is "Vlakplaas" as you can see in the pictures referenced below as observed in the wanted FCPD crusier and talking on the radio with MED11 to assist the FCPD evade police by giving false information over the radio. One of the reference photo's will show CAD proving their call signs and user's proving it was them who fled from the scene and assisted each other along the way see in via videos, timestamps that follows:
