Incident Description*:

it started when a cop pulled me over with no reason and a guy who I helped earlier on gun shop shot the police so we ran and another cop saw us speeding and chased us , the other guy got away cuz he got good car and i was slow so i resorted on killing the guy chasing us, then i went to auto shop on milano to buy new car and i notice some VHP following me(the guy with firnge hair or something) and i was confused cuz theres no witness and he didnt use radio. so he pulled a gun on me and said cuffed me. I asked whats wrong and he said i killed some officer (the dark guy) so his back up came and asked the officer I KILLED and he confirmed it which VIOLATES the NLR. we debated about this and he arrested me eventually (the guy holding me)



Btw at the captured image i said RDM instead of NLR cuz i got tense
