Incident Description*: I was watching a scene playing music when a CHP comes up to me and says he likes the music I tell him thank you then he switches up and says "get out of our country" and "ordering me to self deport" and then he tackles me saying that I was evading ice he was going to arrest me for "disturbing the peace" because I was playing music but he never told me to turn it off. The SBI told him to just fine me for playing music but instead he gives me disturbance of peace and "attempted obstruction of justice" coming up to a 2500 dollar fine.
