Incident Description*: There was a recent shooting at the bank that left 2 cops dead and the 911 caller described the incident occurring. Approximately not even a minute or so later a different situation unfolded at the bank prompting a police and EMS response. I then shortly arrived on scene to see the same 911 caller point out the shooters vehicle being the blue sedan. The blue sedan was stopped by multiple officers who was on scene and heard the recent shooting, which was from the blue sedan. A felony stop was initiated as they were presumed armed and dangerous the offenders refused to get out of the vehicle and when taken out logged immediately to avoid arrest.
