Incident Description*: I got notified that there's a rogue port officer and the FCPD Command is chasing him, then when I arrived at parking garage, they were in the shootout with the port officer. So, I decided to tase the rogue when he wasn't focusing on me, then he left while I was trying to tackle and cuff him.
