The Offender, that being Jacob was earlier randomly murdering Peace Officers alongside another player with no clear motive and reasoning to do such while players posing as Law Enforcement Officers were distracted by other events taken place in game. In this instance, I was acting as a Special Agent in Charge on the Ventura Bureau of Investigations team speaking with another state agent about a Highway Patrol Officer who was currently detained by me due to another incident that took place before the events shown in the attached evidence. The Offender was seen talking before immediately using the pillar as cover before murdering the Special Agent and myself with no clear reasoning.
