Incident Description*: I arrived at the Strikepoint store on a checkup for a scene thats been going on, I observe SBI and FCPD having a encounter about their area of work and stuff, the FCPD used his K9 to bite the SBI agent and the agent put him into custody, when that was done the dog started attacking the SBI agent, I proceeded to shoot the dog dead in assistance of the SBI agent so they can do their duties, when we took the FCPD Sergeant outside to the VBI's car the Sergeant left the game. The SBI agent was ChrisMacArthur, and no one else was involved, I didn't really feel anything after it happened but I believe it was definitely wrong due to how the sergeant conducted themselves openly in public and broke 2 rules in less than 5 minutes.
