Incident Description*:

I was patrolling the port with a buddy of mine. I located x2 individuals, later identified as an SBI Agent & a FCPD Officer. I witnessed them both acting strangely & driving back and forth, slamming into a wall. I, at first thought that they were street racing for some odd reason. The buddy of mine said "It's probably a macro". I watched for a bit longer but nothing happened.
