While on the team of the Sheriff's Department I received a 911 call within the area of 51st that was vague and gave no description other than the location and about knocking on doors. I was the closest unit and first on scene I observed no other persons other than a player with the name "Cameron Wilkins". He was not under arrest, he was not being detained and he was not the one who called 911. We observed no caller and nor the "Cameron Wilkins" committing any crime. The scene was declared safe and secure for the time being and Code 4. Cameron Wilkins then entered a nearby red sedan attempting to depart from the scene, no officers on scene asked if he was detained or being arrested, Cameron Wilkins was never detained.
While on foot I backed up from his vehicle and put my light away to try and show we're not trying to block him in as we are several feet away from his vehicle to allow him to back up. At this moment another cruiser holding 2012Jahhh pulled up almost alongside Wilkins vehicle as he was backing up out of his parking spot. Wilkins then went around the police cruiser fully clearing it and not hitting it, to the point he even drives into the white line parking spots to avoid the exiting officers and their vehicle.
At this moment 2012Jahhh got out of his vehicle and was not in-front of Wilkins Sedan in timestamp at approximately 1:02 of the linked video. Within a few moments 2012Jahhh then walked in-front of the Wilkins vehicle. 2012Jahhh walked in-front of Wilkins vehicle and made contact with the vehicle within a less than a second before Wilkins could react and stop. No verbal commands were ever issued by any officers on scene not even 2012Jahhh.
At this moment 2012Jahhh made contact with the vehicle causing it to almost bug out which from my experience usually only happens when a player enacts more force than what the vehicle is producing causing it to glitch out. At approximately timestamp 1:06, 2012Jahhh then opened fire on the vehicle instantly killing Wilkins. Note, not one other officer pulled out their weapons during the course of this interaction, let alone even issue a verbal command.
If this was an attempted murder with a vehicle other officers would've pulled out their weapons and also assess the threat. You can also tell by another officer's reaction being the same as mine. Both of us saying "Geez/Jeez" out of surprise.
When asked about his actions 2012Jahhh claimed that Wilkins was attempting to run him over and so he shot the driver. Along with the comment "Your talking to your hr."
I would like a second opinion on this video to see if his actions were justified.
