Incident Description*:

Offender walked up to me as I was tabbed out in-menu trying to get on Florence City Police to continue earning XP to rank up, pulled out a firearm and shot and killed me for no apparent reason other than to RDM me, without ANY prior provocation at all. Offender then proceeded to run away however I quickly respawned in the same location and managed to chase them and get their user as well as a clear picture of their avatar in order to file a moderation report on them.
