Incident Description*: So i was in delta telling bat man to go and assualt that cop well he then talks to us like i had never talked to him then he kisses me which first of i did not like and didn't feel really safe when he did that i then punched him in retailtion to him kissing me then this cop cuffs me and arrests me i told him i would leave if he didn't call a supervisor or tell me his user guess what he ignored all my requests which is a violation of MI rules since David updated the rules about corruption between LEOS in delta this cop didn't even arrest the guy that did VTOS and Assualt on me
